Those of you who know me know I have been in real estate sales for a long time. Every market I have been in, except the market of 2004-2006 has a lot of people who complain about how "bad" the market is.
Here I find myself in lovely Wilmington NC......home of the Azalea Festival (yes this week!) where southern belles dress in fine gowns sitting beneath Grand Ole Live Oak trees......and REALTORS say this market is bad.
Well, the proof (as usual) is in the numbers.
Wilmington is HOT!!!!!!!!
Units sold UP.....prices UP.......
so, since things are looking good....NOW is the time to sell if you live in or around Wilmington....
this includes the lovely beaches of Kure, Carolina & Wrightsville Beach.
